How it pays.
What TRANCHE does
TRANCHE launches coins on StonkFun, Raydium's LaunchLab platform for coins paired with tokenized stocks. Every coin issued here carries a list of up to ten tranches: stocks or tokens its holders are paid in.
Every trade on the coin pays a creator fee. Here that fee never reaches a person. It goes to the coin's own engine wallet, which turns it into the coin's tranches and sends them to the holders.
Issuing a coin
You pick a name, ticker and image, a pair (SOL, an xStock, a PreStock, a Sunrise stock or any other pair StonkFun lists), who gets paid, the tranches and a dev buy of 0 to 10 SOL. Then you sign once.
The launch transaction is the same shape StonkFun builds itself: a Token-2022 coin on a LaunchLab constant-product curve, StonkFun's raise for that pair, and its platform accounts. The coin gets its StonkFun page and fee forwarding like any other. The pool's creator is the coin's engine wallet, not you.
On a non-SOL pair your dev buy is swapped from SOL into the pair through Jupiter first. That is a second signature, right before the launch.
On top of the dev buy you pay about 0.03 SOL for the rent of the accounts the launch opens, plus network fees. TRANCHE takes no fee of its own.
Tranches and rounds
StonkFun forwards each coin's creator share to its engine wallet in the pair token. A keeper checks every coin about once a minute and books what arrived. Anything that isn't SOL is sold for SOL through Jupiter.
When the pot reaches 0.01 SOL and the last round is at least ten minutes old, a round runs. It spends the pot on the coin's next tranche through Jupiter and sends it out. Round 1 buys T01, round 2 buys T02, and after the last tranche it starts again from T01. A coin with no tranches is paid in SOL.
If a round can't buy (no route, or the price moved too far), nothing is spent and it tries again on a later pass. A transfer that fails after the buy leaves the tokens in the engine wallet, and they go out the next time that tranche comes round.
Who is paid
Holders: at each round the engine reads every account holding the coin and pays each wallet with at least 0.1% of supply, pro rata to its balance. Pools, vaults and other program-owned accounts are left out, so the curve and the Raydium pool are never paid. Up to 150 wallets are paid per round, largest first.
A holder who has never held a tranche needs a token account for it, and opening one costs rent. The engine pays that rent from the pot, but only for a holder whose slice is worth at least twice the rent. Smaller slices that round go to the other holders.
Creator: every round goes to the wallet that launched the coin. One wallet: every round goes to a wallet named at launch, always in SOL.
The book
196 assets can be tranches: 24 xStocks, 8 PreStocks, 110 Sunrise stocks, 2 from Tessera, 5 baskets and 47 liquid tokens. The list is built from StonkFun's own pair list, plus Jupiter's liquidity data, so every entry can actually be bought. Each coin keeps its own copy of its tranches, so changes to the list never touch a live coin.
Wallets and keys
Each coin's engine wallet is derived on the server from a secret seed and the coin's mint. It is never stored, and it signs only collections, swaps and payouts. A separate keeper wallet pays the network fees for transfers and keeps 0.01 SOL in each engine wallet for its own swaps. That 0.01 SOL is never counted as fees.
Every collection, conversion, round and transfer is listed on the coin's page with its transaction, and any wallet can look up exactly what it was paid.
Risks
Memecoins can go to zero. Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties (Backed for xStocks, PreStocks, Sunrise, Tessera) under their own terms. Some of them restrict who may hold them, and their prices follow markets that close. Swaps lose value to price impact and slippage. Fee forwarding depends on StonkFun. Nothing here is investment advice.
